At MCW I was an integral piece of the everyday workflow on the Med-Surg/Oncology floor. From entering physician orders to answering patient and staff questions, my role was to keep the unit running.

My role in the operating room was critical in getting the day started. I was able to follow surgeon preferences and assist the RN in obtaining all the required surgical instruments and supplies for the procedure.

As a Senior Neurophysiologist I make patient safety my number 1 priority. My role is analyze data throughout surgery and alert the surgeon if that data changes. I review data trends, analyze potential root causes, and collaborate to identify a solution.
